Dear teacher,
I once had a Yoga teacher whose name was Marcelo.
He told me the answer to a question that his teacher told him.
The question is: how many hours a day should I meditate?
The answer is: 24 hours a day.
So I took the wisdom of my teacher and the universe provides
a wonderful website. Thank you so much for your comment in
the guestbook.
I love your website too, teacher Marcelo. I like the idea
behind it.
